is an advisory firm, originally founded by three senior executive compensation
design consultants from a major Global Compensation firm - thus
3XCD.
The firm, led by Gary Finch - Managing Director, recognized the need for a more
reliable, accurate, and cost effective process to analyze and provide executive
compensation data to the Board of Directors.

does not provide other services to the company - we only work with the Board of
Directors on Board compensation governance services. As we do not offer other
services we are never forced into conflict of interest issues.

only advises the Board of Directors.

uses only REAL data - we do not use survey-based data at all.

Financial data is actual company data. This data is approved by the CEO and CFO
of the company. Financial data has been audited and normalized for comparative
purposes.

Compensation data has been extracted from securities filings and evaluated
using compensation data protocols.

board clients in a very timely and cost effective manner.
In light of the recent scandals 3XCD now provides performance based compensation
on executive compensation. This approach involves providing advice on current
guidelines; analyzing the degree of alignment between corporate performance and
executive compensation; and providing recommendations on talent retention and
appropriate pay levels.
