Gary Finch's experience was acquired through 8 years of business management experience
and 18 years of consulting work. His initial experience in executive compensation was
acquired at two of the world's largest compensation consulting firms - William M Mercer
and Hewitt Associates.

exclusively on board compensation governance, performance compensation design, and the
management and mitigation of board compensation risk.
